HemCon Chapter 11 Exit & New Ownership

HemCon Medical Technologies, Inc. has successfully emerged from its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on May 6, 2013. HemCon has also been acquired by TriStar Wellness Solutions Inc. and will now operate as its wholly owned subsidiary. Operations will continue uninterrupted from its Portland and European locations.  We look forward to a bright future providing our life-saving hemorrhage control products.
 

Customer Update:  HemCon Announces shift in distribution model - Starting October 27, 2012 hospital and acute care HemCon PRO chitosan-derived products in the US will be available directly from HemCon and select other distributors, for full list, click here. No changes in other product distribution models, US or internationally.
